Peru by Holga

I recently spent a month in Peru volunteering, which is something I've wanted to do for as long as I can remember. The program is called Tinkuy Peru, and everyone should check it out- tinkuyperu.com. I'm hoping to go back soon and take my other cameras.

I love my Holga

I took these forever ago on my Holga, but just finally developed them. They're up by the mental hospital in Provo.

SLC temple

My brother and his wife asked me to photograph the Salt Lake City temple for them for Christmas. I hadn't been to up to see it in a while, and it was so pretty with all the Christmas lights and Nativities everywhere.

Gums

These are from a directed studies I did last semester on the gum bichromate process. It's another historic printing process like the cyanotypes I did a while back.

Cyanotypes

These are from an alternative photographic processes class where I studied cyanotypes. I love this process, and it got me back in the darkroom. I had forgotten how much I love working there. For this project I shot all at night. It was my first foray into the world of night photography, which I realized I really enjoy.

Nature

I took a nature photography class this summer, and these were a few of my favorites.

Morocco

My dad and I got to spend some quality time together on a trip to Morocco last summer. It was the first time I had ever done any traveling overseas with family, so it was a pretty cool experience.
